Who We Are
Two engineers who stayed on site.
Vedic Homes began with a single plot in Thoraipakkam and a simple idea: the people who design a building should still be the ones inspecting it while it's being built — not just the ones signing off on the brochure.
That idea is still how the company runs today. Karnan Ramamoorthi and Raj Arun lead Vedic Homes as Managing Partners, and every project — whether we're developing a plot ourselves, entering a joint venture with a landowner, or contracting the civil work alone — passes through the same two people before a single wall goes up.
Twelve years on, that hasn't turned into a call centre or a franchise model. It has simply meant staying in one city, and knowing it well — every project we've built still sits somewhere between Sholinganallur and Madhavaram.

We acquire land along the ECR corridor, plan it in-house, and see the construction through ourselves — from the first excavation to the day a family collects their keys.
We build together
A landowner brings the plot; we bring the design, the capital and the crew. Every joint venture runs on the same schedule and cost sheet we'd use on a project of our own.
We build for you
Already own the land and just need it built right? We take on the civil works alone — engineering, materials and site supervision — without taking over the project itself.
